Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Starter and Pro)

Cancel any time from your account page (Manage billing). The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. We don’t refund the current period, except where the law requires it: every check pays for live data from our providers.

If something went wrong (a double charge, a plan you didn’t mean to buy), email us within 14 days and we will sort it out.

How to ask

Email support@vettoz.si from your account address, or use the Refund request subject in the contact form. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

What happens to your reports

When a subscription ends, your account goes back to the free plan. Your checks and reports stay in your account and you can still read them. New checks need a plan again.
