Privacy Policy
Vettoz researches the product ideas you ask about and keeps the checks and reports so you can come back to them. We keep the rest to a minimum and protect what we keep.
What we store
- Your email address, when you sign up or buy. It identifies your account and is where we send links and receipts. We store it encrypted.
- Your checks: the idea, kind, audience, market and keywords you approve, the public evidence collected for it, the signals and score, the angles you test and the report your AI saves.
- Domain lookups: whether a domain was registered when someone checked it. These are shared and contain no personal data.
- A usage log of calls your AI apps make: the time, the tool, the app’s name and the result. It records the size of each request, never its text.
- Billing records from Stripe: what you bought, when, and the payment status. Card details stay with Stripe; we never see them.
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a readable cookie that only says whether you are signed in.
What we don’t do with your ideas
- Vettoz runs no writing model. Reports are written by the AI apps you connect yourself.
- Your ideas and reports are private to your account. We don’t sell them, share them or use them for advertising, and we don’t use them to train AI models.
- To score an idea, Vettoz sends the idea and excerpts of the public evidence to TypeSafe (its judgment model, Jev), which returns a score.
- Your keywords are sent to our data providers to search public sources. Your email is never sent to them.
How we use data
- To run the service: collect public evidence, score ideas and angles, check domains, and keep your reports.
- To show you your reports, your usage log and your account.
- To bill you and send account emails (welcome, sign-in links, receipts).
- To keep the service safe: rate limits, abuse prevention, debugging.
Providers
- Railway hosts the application and the database.
- ScrapeCreators searches public Reddit, TikTok, TikTok Shop, YouTube, Meta Ad Library and Google data for your keywords.
- TwitterAPI.io or the X API search public X posts, when enabled.
- Apple’s iTunes Search API lists public App Store apps.
- Domain registries (RDAP and WHOIS) answer domain lookups.
- TypeSafe scores ideas and angles.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Mailgun sends account email.
- Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may run on public pages, only after you accept the cookie banner, and never in the signed-in area.
AI apps you connect (such as Claude or ChatGPT) receive the evidence and scores they request on your behalf, under their own privacy policies.
Retention
Checks and reports are kept until you delete your account. Domain lookups are dropped after a week. Database backups kept by our host age out on their own schedule. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. The usage log is kept while your account exists.
Your rights
To delete your account, email support@vettoz.si from your account address: we cancel any subscription and delete the account, its checks, reports, keys and usage log. Payment records stay with Stripe as tax and accounting rules require. You can also ask for a copy of your data or a correction the same way. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights; we honor them.
