Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Vettoz (“Vettoz”, “we”, “us”) at vettoz.si. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to them.
What Vettoz is
Vettoz researches product ideas and is delivered as an MCP server. AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Claude Code connect to it. For an idea you describe, Vettoz collects public information (Reddit threads and comments, X posts, TikTok and YouTube videos, active ads in the Meta Ad Library, Google results, TikTok Shop products and App Store apps), counts signals from it, scores the idea and returns the evidence to your AI. Your AI assistant writes the report. No writing model runs on Vettoz’s side.
Plans and checks
- Free: a small number of idea checks, once per person.
- Starter and Pro are monthly or yearly subscriptions with the number of checks a month shown on the pricing page. Checks reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don’t carry over.
- A check that finds almost nothing isn’t counted. Each check runs only after you approve it in the chat.
Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a password, or with Google. You can create API keys and connect AI apps to your account, and each one can act in Vettoz on your behalf: read your plan and reports, run checks you approve, score angles, check domains and save reports. Keep your password, keys and connected apps secure: you are responsible for activity under them. You can revoke a key or disconnect an app at any time.
A plan is for one person. Don’t share an account to pool checks.
Research, scores and domains
- Research data comes from public sources at the time of the check. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and a source may be unavailable.
- Scores and verdicts are an estimate of what the evidence shows. They are not advice and not a promise of demand, sales or success. Decide, and test, for yourself.
- A domain shown as available was unregistered according to the registry when Vettoz checked it. It isn’t reserved for you and may be registered by someone else at any time. A free domain doesn’t mean a name is free of trademarks; check before you use it.
- Reports your AI writes from the evidence are yours. We don’t claim rights in them, don’t sell them and don’t use them to train AI models.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Vettoz to:
- research or target private individuals, or collect personal data about people;
- try to get around plan limits, rate limits or security, or access data that isn’t yours;
- resell Vettoz’s research or run it as a service for others without our agreement;
- send automated traffic beyond what your AI apps make on your behalf.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Connected AI apps
Vettoz works inside AI apps we don’t control. What those apps write, and what they do with the evidence they receive, is governed by their own terms. Their availability, features and limits are set by their providers.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Vettoz available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, or that every source answers every time. We may change or improve features, sources and limits.
Refunds and cancellation
See the Refund Policy: subscriptions cancel any time.
Liability
Vettoz is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or decisions you make based on a check. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
