## Idea packs

Vettoz sells idea packs: one payment each, nothing renews, and the ideas never expire. Your first pack also comes with 1 extra idea to try, on top of the pack’s own ideas.

Every pack is refundable in full within 7 days of purchase as long as you’ve used no more than one idea from it: the free bonus idea, so you can see what Vettoz does before you decide. Once you use a second idea from that purchase, it’s non-refundable. After 7 days, a pack is non-refundable. Ideas are spent from your oldest pack first, so each purchase is judged on its own.

The idea you used is yours to keep: its report, brand board and posts stay in your account. A refunded pack takes its remaining ideas back.

## Free checks

The two free checks need no payment, so there is nothing to refund.

## Mistakes on our side

Duplicate charges, or charges caused by a technical error on our side, are always refunded in full.

## Chargebacks

If you open a payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us, your account is suspended until the dispute is resolved: the app and your AI connection stop working, but you can still sign in to reach support. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, everything comes back. Please write to us first: we answer quickly.

## How to cancel

There is nothing to cancel: packs are one payment and nothing renews. Receipts and invoices are in [your account](https://vettoz.si/app/account#billing).

## How to ask for a refund

Email [support@vettoz.si](mailto:support@vettoz.si) from your account address, or use **Request a refund** in [your account](https://vettoz.si/app/account#billing), which shows while a pack can still be refunded and until when. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 days.

## Earlier purchases

Purchases made before November 4, 2026 keep the terms in force when they were made, or these if they are better for you.

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
